Job Description:

Assist with personal care and hygiene needs, prepare meals and snacks, assist with her laundry, and cleaning her living areas, assist with activities of her choice in home or in the community.

Job Requirements:

CNA CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED!!! DSP is a Direct Support Professional formerly known as a DCW or PCA worker. Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED; CPR, TB Skin Test, Auto Insurance, one (1) year of experience caring for patients. Must not be listed on the OIG Exclusion list, Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).

Client will need to be taken out into the community and the mom will go with you. Client will need assistance with ADL's, snacks, feeding, and keeping entertained.
