Job Description:

Ability to work with people who have sustained disabilities, impairments
or limitations in the physical functions
Examine, evaluate, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide a
prognosis for each patient on an individual basis
Document progress, re-evaluate physical findings, and modify treatment
when necessary.

Job Requirements:

Physical Therapist with a current valid Mississippi license, Minimum of one year of current experience, Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, holds a current CPR card. A reliable, independent means of transportation is required. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance limits adhering to the limits established in the personnel policies. Obtains and retains a clear criminal history and related Child Abuse Registry Clearances. Must not be listed on the OIG Exclusion list, Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
