Schedule: 2- 2 1/2 hour IVIG Infusion every 3 weeks
Job Description: The infusions run about 2-2 ½ hours, and the pay rate is $40 per hour. They are needed every 3 weeks for each client. The supplies will have to be picked up at our office each time an infusion is done, and we will pay $.56 per mile from our office where the supplies are picked up, to the patients home, and then from the patients home back to our office to drop the supplies back off.
Job Requirements: Professional Licensure with one-year experience, current TBST, American Heart BLS CPR, reliable means of transportation is required. obtains and retains a clear criminal history and related Child Abuse Registry Clearances. Must not be listed on the OIG Exclusion list, Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
