We’ve streamlined our application process to make it simpler for you.  Choose one of the options below to complete all of your paperwork:

• Complete your application on your computer.  To make it easier to send us the paperwork, you can request an application to be sent to you through Adobe Sign.   Adobe Sign allows you to fill out and digitally sign it with any smartphone, tablet, or computer without having to print.  You will receive a link to a website, so you will not need any additional software.  To request an application through Adobe Sign, call our office at (601) 933-0037 or email us at recruiters@southernhealthcare.com.  Please include in the email a copy of your resume and the job title you are applying for so that we can send you the correct application.  
• Fill out your application in our office.  We will supply you with all paperwork in our office Monday through Friday 8 a.m - 2 p.m. if you don’t wish to complete on your computer.  The entire process takes around 2 hours to complete.  You can also pick up a copy to take home to complete.
• All applicants will be required to come into our office for an interview with a member of our staff.  If you fill out the paperwork on your computer through Adobe Sign, we will have your application waiting for you in your interview.  Otherwise, please bring the completed packet with you.  After your interview, as long as you’ve turned in all necessary credentials, your file should be available for prospective employers.

Nursing and Allied Health applicants should bring:

• Current TB skin test
• Current Background Letter (Notarized Copy Required)

• Any other Certifications you may have
• High School Diploma/GED (for Medicaid LPNs and CNAs only)
