Description: Administration/Personnel
1. Seeks advice from Staffing Director for scheduling priorities.
2. Assist Staffing Director with screening and interviewing prospective employees. Document appropriately in MicroStaffer (scheduling software).
3. Staff facilities and private duty cases daily as assigned by the Staffing Director
4. Staff facilities and private duty cases after hours and weekends (On-Call) as assigned by the Staffing Director
5. When on call, receive report at beginning of shift and give report at the end of shift.
6. Report employee complaints to Staffing Director
7. As new private duty cases are called in, complete “Private Duty Intake” form and promptly pass on to the Staffing Director
Secretarial
1. Update schedules, employee information and client information continually.
2. Confirm schedules daily with supervisors at facilities and private duty cases.
3. Complete “Client and Employee Occurrence Reports” as needed and report them to Staffing Director
4. Promptly report all client and employee injuries to Staffing Director
5. Assist payroll with confirmations.
Records and Filing
1. Fax/email staff confirmations to facilities and private duty cases as needed.
2. Update client and employee information as needed.
3. File schedules, client and employee information and reports when assigned Staffing Director
4. Assist medical records with obtaining current credentials.
Client Relations
1. Promote client relations while staffing.
2. Identify and promptly report all client complaints/concerns to Staffing Director
3. Keep all clients abreast of staffing changes and problems.
On Call
1. Take on-call at home as scheduled by Staffing Director
2. Continually update schedule and employee changes in MicroStaffer
3. Keep both clients and employees updated of all scheduling changes.
4. Help verify time worked by employees for payroll as needed.
5. Give report to office staffers each morning at 8:00 a.m. each workday.
